CR Meyer's millwrights and riggers have the experience and equipment to receive, position, and set large-scale mining machinery — crushers, conveyors, ball mills, and screens — to manufacturer specifications and within the tolerances that determine long-term performance.
Precision machinery alignment
Misalignment that might be tolerable elsewhere accelerates bearing wear, seal failure, and vibration damage in mining applications. CR Meyer uses laser alignment systems to verify equipment is set correctly before it goes into service, protecting both the machinery and the production it supports.
Structural ironwork
CR Meyer erects the structural steel that mining equipment depends on: support frames, conveyor structures, access platforms, and modifications to existing structural systems. Work is self-performed and coordinated with the equipment installation and concrete scopes it connects to.
Concrete foundations
Heavy mining equipment requires foundations poured to handle the loads, vibration, and environmental conditions specific to each application. CR Meyer's concrete crews work in coordination with the millwrights and ironworkers who depend on that foundation work being right before installation begins.
Demolition & equipment removal
CR Meyer plans and executes controlled removal scopes as part of the broader project, sequencing the work so that what comes out makes way for what goes in without disrupting surrounding operations or structure.
Process piping
CR Meyer installs and modifies the slurry, water, reagent, and process fluid piping systems that mineral processing facilities depend on, with crews experienced in the materials and service conditions common to mining applications.
Ongoing maintenance
