Project Scope

A generator company had a well-crafted strategic plan and a sound vision for the future. A part of that vision was to design and construct a new, technologically advanced, highly efficient manufacturing facility to accommodate current growth and to place the organization in a favorable position for the future. The CR Meyer team assisted in the selection of a site suitable to the design and construction of the new facility. During the design process, the Owner requested the 10,000 square-foot main office be completed first, allowing the management staff to be on-site during the completion of the 100,000 square-foot manufacturing facility. CR Meyer redirected resources and expedited the delivery of materials and equipment to accomplish this goal without exceeding the original schedule.
