Screening Plant Addition

Project Scope

The Owner needed additional sand screening capacity at their Western Wisconsin mine. CR Meyer was tasked with laying out the process, designing and constructing the equipment supports and foundations, designing and constructing the buildings.

The system needed to be fully automated and have a number of sand screening options. Working with the Owner, CR Meyer’s design team achieved these goals through a number of equipment layouts and design meetings. At the end of the design process, a unique solution was derived that added storage capacity and new access points for equipment.
