A1 Fluff Pulp Machine Project

Project Scope

CR Meyer was the general contractor responsible for converting an existing Paper Machine into a Valmet A1 Fluff Pulp Machine. The scope of the project included:  a New Headbox, Press Section, and Drives; relocation of 52 existing Dryers and Install 48 new Dryers; a new 500 Foot Roll Handling Conveyor; relocation of existing Will-Pemco Sheeter with two new Pallet Wrap Lines; a new Pesmel Roll Handling Line and two new Valmet Bale Handling Lines; a new Core-Link Core Making Line; a new Pits for Winder, Reel Pulpers and Broke Conveyor; a new Drive Bases and Modifications to existing Machine Track; and new Steam, Stock, Water, Vacuum, Caustics, Compressed Air, Lube Oil, Hydraulics.
