Apprenticeship Signing Day

Over fifty area students took the first step in their mechanical careers today. The UA 400 Pipe Trades and the Mechanical Contractors Association hosted its Apprentice Signing Day in Kaukauna on Thursday September 15.
The five-year apprenticeship programs provide classroom instruction and on-the-job training from UA Certified Instructors at UA 400 training centers. Once a student completes their apprenticeship and becomes a journeyworker, continuing education opportunities are available to all UA members through specialized training and certification programs.
One of these students is a CR Meyer apprentice: Trent Carrell, Steamfitter Apprentice.
